30 mins
Organization:
- Defensive half
- 3 mini-goals located at half equidistant (left, center, right)
- 3 teams of 4 players (white, red, blue)
- Three 4-minute intervals, each team attacks mini-goals once
Instructions:
- White team + GK attack 3 mini-goals
- Red team = attack big goal
- Blue team = outside, ready to press once play is over on either end line
- Endline restarts are goal kicks from main goal every time, play throw-ins normally
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Right Defender: Can we open our body to receive from the GK with the backfoot so that we're finding the Right Midfielder right away?
- If space is in front we dribble. If pressure approaches, we find a gap to pass.
