Organization:
1. Size of the center circle set up as shown
2. 12 players (8 Servers, 4 Receivers) set up as shown
3. 8 balls (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1. Players on the outside of the circle start with the ball and ask for a wall pass from players inside the circle
2. Ask the players to receive the ball with the inside part of the foot
3. Once they make a wall pass, run as close as they can to the center cone and find a new partner to make a wall pass
Coaching Points:
1. Get in line with the ball
2. Select appropriate surface, Inside, Outside, Thigh, Chest, Head
3. Withdraw surface on impact
4. Arms out for balance and to feel for defenders
Progressions:
1. P Vary the serve to make controlling more difficult
2. P Add pressure by adding defenders

Organization:
1. 30 x 40 yard area set up as shown
2. 6 players set up as shown

Instructions:
1. Teams score by passing through as many different gates as possible
2. Players have to play through each gate to their teammate and then move to the next gate
3. Play for a set time limit then change partners
Coaching Points:
1. Getting into line with the ball
2. Assess the situation as ball travels
3. Select appropriate surface (Inside, Outside)
4. Withdraw surface at impact
5. Directions of touch to enable next action
Progressions:
1. P – Teams lose their points if the ball touches another player or if it hits one of the gates
2. P – Add a defender – ‘Gate Keeper’ – their role is to deny players the opportunity to score
3. R – Add more gates

Organization:
1.30 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2.12 players (8 Attackers, 4 Defenders) set up as shown

Instructions:
1.Attacking groups must make a minimum of two passes before serving the ball to the other attacking zone
2.After the first pass is received the defending team has the option to send in two players to the attacking zone in order to win the ball
3.A point is awarded for each successful long pass received
4.A point is awarded to the defending team each time they win possession
5.Attacking players must stay in their own zone throughout
6.Rotate defending players at set time intervals

Progressions:
1.P – Allow attacking players the opportunity to control and play longer without making two passes
2.P – Increase the number of defenders in the central area and allow more to pressure the ball
3.R – Only allow defenders to stay within the central area – no pressure on the ball
4.R – Only allow one defender to pressure the ball

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Teams score by getting the ball into one of the target players
2. The target players then play back to the opposite team
3. If the ball leaves the field of play then the targets start the game again with kick in
4. Play for 2 minutes then switch target players

2. 14 players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders, 4 Neutrals, 2 Goalkeepers) set up as shown

Instructions:
1. Teams score in regular fashion
2. Players have three touches maximum
3. Neutrals have 1 touch
4. If the ball leaves the area the game is restarted with regular rules
5. Play for a set time period and rotate players

Organization:
30 x 35 yard area, with 7 triangles
Instructions:
Players dribble freely in the area. The taggers hold the pennies in their hand. The triangles are the safe zones where players cannot be tagged, in order to get into the safe zone the player must play a pass into the zone, the player reciving the pass must take a positive fist tuch out of the triangle.
Coaching Points:
1. Getting into line with the ball
2. Assess the situation as ball travels
3. Select appropriate surface (Inside, Outside)
4. Withdraw surface at impact
5. Directions of touch to enable next action
Progressions:
P-Add more defenders.
P-Must exit a different side o the triangle.
