8 attackers vs. 3 defenders
Activity:
Up-Back-Thru
4v2 in one grid, when the moment is right the attacking player in
other grid (#7) should check into central zone, lay off to #8 while #2
gets forward to receive ball and play to #9.
Once there, the play is reversed (mirrored) to go the other
direction.
Competition: Each team plays for 60 seconds before rotating attackers/defenders. 1 point for getting ball to farthest striker.
Coaching Points:
~ Opposite movement to lose defender in far grid (either by
starting behind eye-line or by pushing into defender to create
s eparation).
~ If defender doesn't track then #7 should turn and play directly to #9.
~ Wide players must make aggresive diagonal runs to receive ball at pace

Warm Up (20 mins)
A) 4v2 Rondos with transitions
10x10 grids
Player opposite you in 4v2 is your "partner". If you or your partner lose the ball, sprint to the open 4v0 and play defense. Other group plays 4v0 in 2-touch.
B) 3v1 Rondos
Defender plays ball into grid and then sprints to defend. Defender gets out by winning ball (or bad pass).
Rotation: Rest-->Defender-->Attacker-->Rest
