Light jogging and dynamic stretch for a few sides.

Server volleys/shoots ball, low med, high for general stand up catches, the 2 GK rotate across sides, mediuim intensity. The gk moving from the right side takes catch from the coach then onto the left post, the GK on the left post moves around the back to the right post. work about 20 catches each
Progression
1. Coach volleys ball for an easy diving save, low, med, high to both sides to warm up the body with easy impact before the main set.

Coaching points
Quick feet into box, ball focus off the strikers foot, power into correct technique in save, get off ground quick and deal with second ball. Technique not so critical on 2nd ball make save or block.
Hold onto 1st ball if you can but If parrying or pushing the ball make sure it is pushed wide into safe areas

GK starts on near post and deals with first ball on the ground, gets up to deal with second ball mid height. Repeat both sides.
Coach has a ball and could strike a 3rd ball at any time.
