Player A passes the ball to B. B can take a few steps forward but cannot move past the dotted line. Once B receives the ball, their teammate on the baseline (player C) can move forward and help create a 2v1. Defensive player cannot move from the cones, only blocking the channel with their stick. Baseline player receives and shoots.
PROGRESSION: The defender who is on the side that the ball does not go down joins as a second defender after the initial 2v1. The attacking player who receives the ball from the 2V1 must now look up and see if the new defender has blocked the path to the goal, resulting in the attacker passing to a new teammate coming from the other attacking line, or they can shoot directly if the defender blocks the pass.

Organize players into 2 teams, one behind each top cone with a pile of balls.
One player from each team starts in the box at the top of the D on their side.
The person in the front of the line for Team 1 passes a ball diagonally to the person in Team 2's box.
That person has to receive and shoot with only 2 touches and must stay inside the box the whole time. They then go to the back of their line.
The person at the front of the line for Team 2 passes to the person in Team 1's box and they do the same thing.
Count the number of goals for each team and losing team does a punishment.
Notes:
- Players only stay on their side for a certain number of balls then everyone switches.
- If no goalies, goal only counts if it goes in the far bottom corner)

Shuttles (20 mins)
Set up multiple shuttles. Should have 4-5 players per group but no more.
Have 2 balls going per group: one player from each side goes at the same time. That means ALL players have to have constant awareness, not just the ones first in line. Timing is important! After each skill, the player should pass to the next player so as to practice passing skills. Player then follows their pass to the back of the other line. Vary the passing choices: push pass, snap pass off right foot, reverse sweep pass etc.
1. attack left cone, pull left to right
2. attack right cone, pull right to left
3. attack left cone, curl strong (wide)
4. attack right cone, curl reverse (wide)
5. attack right cone, left foot pivot (sharp)
6. V-drag from left
7. V-drag from right
---
for older groups:
8. lift right
9. bopper left
10. spin right (ball in hook of stick)
11. spin left
