2 plays 1st touch pass out to 5 or 4, 3 spins and supports for 1-2. Sequence restarts with 5 & 4, 1 takes place of 3 as target man.

Rotation same as previous with whoever plays the pass to 3rd man becoming next target man
Attacker choose which option to go for, showing near or far..
a) 3v1: Defender must stop target man turning, use of movement & 3rd man running to penetrate space behind
b)3v3: Add recovering defender who pressure after the forward pass to the target man.
Defend & attack realistically. If target man loses defender & scans he can recieve an turn to drive forward. Team mates join attack.

At any stage either 1 or 2 opens on back foot to play forward.
Back foot touch is trigger for 3 to show near and check for ball to feet.
Nearest player (2) supports and plays 3rd man (1) into the space created by 3.
1 passes out to 5 or 4, with 3 spinning to support the pass for quick 1-2 and sequence restarts.
2 takes the place of 3 as the target player for players 4 & 5 (1&3 take place behind 4&5).
