Time: 20 Minutes
Set Up:
-Same as previous but add a line acrss the pitch for perimeter. and 2 goals.
-Add a back 4.
Exercise:
-Perform sequences as previous.
-Once cross comes in play can continue until ball dead.
-If blue win ball they must make a pass clearance into one of thr goals.
-Same as previous switch starting sides.

-Blue Team: ! GK, 1 CB, 2 W, 2 FOR.

-Play a 10 minute game.
-Allow free play qwith encouragement to get wide and play in crosses.

Set Up:
-Set up 7 stations for player starting positions.
-Split players on the stations as position dictates.
-To be mirrored opposite side.
Exercise:
-1 passes to 2, 2 passes to 3 and 3 moves forward and crosses into the penalty area.
- 5 and 6 attacks near the 6 yard area and 4 the penalty spot.
-7 comes arund the back and attacks the back post.
-Must be a first time finish.
-Play this routine for 10 attempts or 5 minutes and switch sequence.
-1 to 3 to 2 take ball forward and cross.
-Other players same movement.
-After 10 attempts or 5 minutes switch for play from left hand side.
