Organisation:
Build TWO 20 x 10 grids in your working area. Different coloured scrimmage vests are required.
-Players will play 4 v 2 in their area. Blues will start as defenders and red and black as attackers
-5 passes = 1 point, if defenders (Blue) win the ball they pass to the coach.
-If ball goes out of bounds the coach will play another ball in immediately to attacking team.
-pairs will defend for 2 minutes , COACH will then call out a different colour that will then transition to defend.
-Make sure the defenders are providing realistic pressure as they would in a GAME!
Coaching Points
-Support: provide good angles
-movement: Is it timely?
-penetration: Can you pass between the defenders
-possession pass v penetrating pass...Coach the Why & When?
-message in the pass...When and why to play the front foot and when to play the backfoot
-shape: get big when attacking

Organisation:
Construct two 20 x 8 grids separated by a 20 x 4 channel. 4 players within each area, with the team in the middle channel designated as the defenders..
-The coach passes the ball to blue who attempt to keep possession and pass to red; If successful they receive a point.
-Black send 1 player to try and win the ball or break up play. If black is successful they switch areas with blue. Coach plays the next pass to red and blue pressure, etc.
Progression(if necessary): Defending team send 2 players..

Organisation:
-Activity takes place within 20 x 20 area with FOUR 3 x 5 yd receiving zones as above.
-Teams play 4 v 4 with 4 support players. Adjust numbers as necessary, add neutrals if need be.
- Teams keep possession utilizing the support players with the objective of passing to a teammate who enters a receiving zone; If successful that team receives a point.
-Play then commences with the opposing team receiving possession and attacking in the opposite direction.
-play 4 minutes and then rotate another team out to serve as support players.

-player A pass to player B and follows his pass to the end of opposite line, player B receives and plays to C and follows his pass, etc.
