Activity:
Team in possession attempts to complete 7 "internal" passes for a goal.
Can use the outside neutrals to maintain possession, but those passes don't count towards goal.

70x44 field - 30x44 endzones with 10x44 middle zone

Activity:
5v5 in zones (team in possession can use 6th player in middle zone where no defenders allowed).
Normal soccer rules in each zone as one team attacks and the other defends. Defending team must transition ball into middle zone before attacking other endzone. If attacking team scores they keep the ball and attack other end.

~ Focus on playing out of back details, especially using the GK as extra player

Counter-attacking gates for defending team score
20x70 midfield zone.
Activity:
1) Transfer ball through midfield:
Ball starts on CB in midfield. Attacking team must connect 5 passes before transferring ball into attacking zone.
Attacking forwards can check back into midfield as needed.
Defending team back 4 not allowed in midfield.
2) Once in attacking zone, normal soccer rules.
Coaching Points:
+ Switch and slice in attacking half
+ Creating overloads in wide and central areas
+ Up-back-through to penetrate

1) Free kick takers: corners, direct shots on goal
2) Other players: 2 line volley game (toss ball over head of player in front, then shot. Play GK after shot)
