Set-Up

The field is split into thirds. There are 2 Center backs and 1 Striker in each end third with the goalkeeper. Poles mark the end of the thirds. There are Wingbacks waiting on the poles on the side with their Center backs ready to join the attack.

Phase 1

GK plays the ball out to one of the CBs. The Blue forward immediately pressures, other Red CB drops to support. The Red forward and 2 Blue CB's rush towards the ball to support play. 2 Red Wingbacks enter the field.

Phase 2

The Red team must attack with speed, exploiting the numerical advantage. 2 touch maximum would increase speed of play if the players are technically capable.

If there is a goal, play resets and the Blue GK starts us off again. If there is a turnover in the attacking third, the Red WBs leave the field and 2 Blue WBs enter and the 5v3 is reversed.
