Dynamic Movements ( 10 mins total)
2-3mins: Players can have simple touches of the ball first before starting dynamics as a group
5-6mins: Exercises - run throughs, high knees, kick heels, hip rotate out and in, hamstring swings, hamstring kick outs, double leg jumps, single leg jump and land, side to side, forwards and backwards jockeys, gradual increase/accelleration speed runs
1-2mins: Final swing throughs wanted, calf pumps etc

Defending 5 vs Attacking 5 then switch at change

Shoot/Cross/Finish (6mins)
12+ players - extras can be shooters or wide areas
Both balls start at the same time
1. Midfielder plays one of two attackers who takes touch and the shoots at goal, same 2 attackers in box for the cross
2. Midfielder plays CB to CB to wide area for cross
Progression - CBs then defend cross and middle

1. Pump feet out
2. forward jockey out
3. back jockey out
4. Double jump out
5. forwards/backwards out
