Goalkeeper starts at right or left.

Move in and out of cones (Use footwork variations)

Touch the centre pole and sprint towards hurdle

Double foot jump over hurdle, tucking knees into chest

Sprint to Right pole make a save into body

Return ball and side step quickly to Left pole and make save into body.

Back pedal to beginning and repeat 6 times either side.

Sprint to Right pole and make a diving save to the Left

Get to feet and make a diving save to the Right

Footwork Variations:

Double foot in and out of cones

Side stepping through cones

Quick feet backwards and forwards around cones

Single foot hop

Hurdle Variations:

Double footed - straight leg

Single leg

Front roll over hurdle
