Instructions:
Players work through a set passing routine before setting up the final player in line for a shot. After shooting the player joins the back of their group and everyone moves forward one space in the line. Alternate shots from each side.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of passing/sets (Passing Technique)
2. Communication (Non-verbal and Verbal)
3. Awareness of GK's position
4. Shooting technique (Instep/Laces, non-kicking foot placement, run-up, follow-through)

Instructions:
1. Player 1 starts the activity dribbling forward with player 2 along side
2. Player 1 then passes to player 2 who has two touches to score
3. Both players then move to the opposite end and switch lines
4. PROGRESS: Both groups start at the same time so there is a little bit of traffic in the middle area
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of approach (never straight on)
2. Head up to observe the target (scanning/awareness)
3. Head down at the point of contact (eyes on the ball)
4. Shooting Technique (Instep/laces, non-kicking foot placement, run-up, follow-through)
5. Balance (body weight forward, chest and knee over the ball at contact)
7. Follow through (landing on striking foot)
Progressions:
1. 1-touch Finish
2. Must perform a combination (take-over/give and go)

Set Up: 4 player passing sequence.
Instructions:
Player A passes to player B at the top of the box.
Player B plays back to player A who plays it out to either play C or D.
Player C/D receives on the run, takes a touch or two, and finishes on goal.
Player A takes Player B's position
Player B takes shooters position
Shooter returns to the back of the line at A.
Coaching Points:
1. Passing technique (Ankle locked, toes up, heel down, never on the ground. Instep should be used for all passes)
2. Maintain speed of play (build up from slow, until players understand the sequence, and aim to achieve game speed passing + finishing)
3. Finishing technique (Ankle locked. If using laces, strike through the middle of the ball, balance and weight over top of the ball, follow through and continue run. If using instep, follow passing technique)
Progressions:
1. 1-touch finish
2. Add passive defender behind Player B, who becomes active after shooter is engaged.
3. Allow player B and player C/D without ball, to join the attack (3 v 1 + GK).
4. Allow player B and player C/D without ball, and player A to join attack. Add defender as well. Play until goal is scored, or defensive team is able to clear to half. (4 v 2 + GK).

2. Neutral players have two touches
3. If the ball leaves the field of play the game is started with a kick in and if a corner is won then the game starts again from the attacking team’s goalkeeper
4. Play to time limit and switch end target players out

3. Ball tossed into thighs, controlled and passed back.
