Working gk (1) recieves a high ball (throw for consistency) from server 2 and upon catching they underarm roll to central server. They do the same from server 3 then recieve two attempts on goal from this central server, one after the other.
Do 2 sets then rotate
Progression is to change keeper to do over arm throw to central server. When shooting, central server lays off a ball to GK 2 and GK 3 for a control and shot.
