Total Duration: 15 minutes
Objective: Improve simple dribble and shooting in motion using both feet.
Organization: Line up 5 sets of cones apart from each other for player to dribble through and proceed to shoot. Player will aim to shoot to the bottom corner areas of the goal limited by the cones located inside the goal.
Key words: Close control, use both feet, correct stance before shooting, coordination.

Total Duration: 20 minutes
Objective: Receive, turn, beat defender, shoot and score.
Organization: Player receiving the ball starts from a central position 5 yds outside the box. Teammates feed the ball alternating each time. After receiving the ball one of the two defenders located on the set position 5yds away from the receiver attempt to block the shot. After play is over receiver and defenders reset and defenders and ball feeders alternate. Repeat 4 times per shooter and rotate player executing the drill. (work on two different groups if enough number of players are available)

Objective: Learn to play quick one two outside the box and finish. Work on early cross and runs to finish inside the box.
Organization: Two central players set up 5yds outside the box, one of them checks in to receive the ball, the other makes a run behind the defender to receive and shoot. After taking the shot the two central players quickly setup and make a crossing run to try and strike a low-driven cross from one of the players outside the box. After this cycle is over players reset. Repeat 4 times before changing players positions.

Total Duration: 30 minutes
Organization: On a 20x30yds field setup two teams of 4 on a 1-2-1 formation. This small sided field with regular goals is encouraged to have players make as many attempts on goal as possible and work on their finishing. If additional players are on waiting to participate rotate teams every 5 minutes. Take a water break every 10 minutes.

Objective: Work on technique principles while warming up
Organization: On a circle with a 10yds radius players working in pairs execute different movements going from the cone located on the outside of the circle to the cone located in the middle of the circle. Example: Players attempt to juggle the ball with their thigh and catch it with their hands alternating legs. Players attempt to juggle the ball with their leg and catch it with their hands alternating legs. Players attempt to juggle the ball with a combination of both their thigh and leg and catch it with their hands alternating legs. Players pass the ball back to their teammates attempting a volley and return back to the original spot. Teammate goes next.
