Organization:
Players work in groups of 3, 1 ball per group.
Distance dependent on age/ability of players.
Instructions:
Player on outside passes to player in the middle.
Player in the middle looks to chip the ball in the air with their 1st touch and find third players hands with their 2nd touch.
Coaching Points:
- Side body position
- Stab at ball to flick up
- Weight / Accuracy of pass
Progressions:
Endline is now a goal with third player as the GK.

Organization:
3 groups, 4 players per group
Instructions:
Left group starts by passing into forward (who has passive pressure) who chips and volleys at goal.
As the forward volleys the middle group then goes, the attacker dribbles 1 vs 1 (or passes and sets for a shot) and gets a shot at goal.
The right group then does the same as the left group.
Rotation is left group, middle group, right group, middle group, left group and so on.

- Coaching points for middle group (depending on what you do)

Organization:
3 teams, 1 team resting, balls in the goals, 2 GK's in the nets.
Instructions:
2 vs 1 in each half
Players have to stay in their half
Any player can score
Players looking to score as many times as they can (if they score they keep possession of the ball)
Games last for 2 minutes
Progressions:
1. If the forward scores then you automatically win
2. Defending team can send additional player if they choose
3. Free Play - 1 goal or 2 minute games.
Coaching Points:
- Recap role of first attacker (penetration)
- Recap role of second attacker (support)
- Recap role of third attacker (unbalance)
- Can we create a diamond? (Width, Depth, Length)
- Are players aware of which of the above roles they have?
- Movement as ball travels
- Recognizing visual cues for the combinations covered
- Speed of thought and movement in transition
- Mentality to shoot
