Organization: - 30x30 area
- 4 boxes as shown
- 3v1 or simliar in 2 boxes
Instructions: - Play 3v1 rondo in an box
- after a certain number of passes play into an empty box
- play continues in new box
- group that catches other group first wins
Coaching Points: - recognizing time to play into new area (penetrate or possess?)
- movement off the ball to create gaps
- create gaps to penetrate by moving ball quickly
Progressions: - less space, more defenders
Regressions: - more space, no pass limit

Organization: - 20x20 area
- 2v2 in area with target players
- two fields if needed, play pro/reg
Instructions: - players score by playing both target players, targets can play each other only after pass from inside players

Instructions: - play 4v4 to targets
- players score by playing both their target players - first to 5
Coaching Points: - movement off the ball to open up passing windows to penetrate
- looking to penetrate first (highest player)
- Forcing play (possess or penetrate?)
- create gaps to penetrate by moving ball quickly
Progressions: - player passing ball to target switches with that target player
- outside players can come in middle when receiving pass to create overloads (5v4s)
