B opens to the left to receive back from A
B then passes to C
C now goes 1v1 to goal. You can use a small goal and make it a 1v1 in run of play or a large goal and make it a 1v1 finish. Two balls going at a time. Rotation: A to B to C to D

Red going North and South
Green going East and West
1 green and 1 red in the middle
Red looks to pass to the red opposite of them
Green tries to win the ball and play back a green team. Once green receives it they must go to the opposite gate

Progression: Add a combination between B and C
Dynamic stretch during breaks: 1.5 minute intervals without the ball and dynamic stretch. Each group goes to the first dummy and back stretching. FIFA 11 Dynamic-
Jog- Quad stretch- Knee hug- Scoops- Single leg kick back- Alternating side lunge- Forward lunge with twist- Up and around- Shoulder bump- Two steps backward, accelerate forward (everycone)- Trust fall sprint-50%-75%-100%
