1.    Slow Jog @ 10% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed x 4

2.    Easy jog @ 30% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed x 4

3.    Open the gate out to cones turn around spear Return to start with close the gate x 4

4.    Heels up to bum out to cones turn around spear Return to start with Knees up waist x 4

5.    Side shuffle down - Return side shuffle *face the opposite way each time x 4

6.    Karaoke out n back x 4

7.    Jog out to spear turn and return to start Jump to head the ball x 4

8.    Easy jog @ 30% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed.

9.    Light jog @50% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed

10.  Medium jog @75% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed

11.  Fast jog 10 M - 75% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed

12.  Fast jog 10 M - 100% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed

13.  Easy jog @ 30% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed.

14.  Slow Jog @ 10% to cones and around returning to the start at same speed

Set up. 

Depending upon Quality of player will depend upon the length of the pitch and how hard the players drive the passes

 

Session is about controlling a high powered pass.

Crossing n Finishing (10 mins)

Set Up

 

4 channels with spaces between them. keeper area which no one is allowed in.

 

Ball starts where ever the players want it to and the object of the game is to try to score from a cross.

 

Once they have completed a circuit all outfield players move to the next zone (Socially distanced)

Pass or run (10 mins)

Set up.

4 x 6m x 6m squares

central diamond coned off for 5th player. (if 4 players have the outside players reduced by 1)

 

On the command the 2 players on the opposite outside cones start running around the outside of the boxes with a ball with the objective of completing 4 circuits. Loser does a forfeit (Press ups, sit up etc)

 

Mean while players in the middle try to complete as many passes as they can from one side to the other (must go through central player)

 

Once outside players complete find out number of completed pass circuits and then swap players.

 

Winner of game is player that completed the 4 running circuits with the passing team creating least successful passes.
