Blue, Orange, Yellow adjust size of field depending on age, skill level
Instructions One color starts as the defending team. (ex. if blue are the defenders than yellow and red work together) The other two colors try and keep the ball away from the defending team. The team who loses possession now becomes the new defending team.

Players must look and communicate with players in order to pass to the proper color. Working on tranisition from possession and defending. Being aware who is on defense. Communication, communication, communication. Opening up your body to see space, defenders, teammates, the ball, etc.

Organization:Separate your groups into three different groups with three different colors.
Blue, Orange, Yellow adjust size of field depending on age, skill level
Instructions:Players are instructed to play the ball in order of color.
Blue must pass to Orange
Orange must pass to Yellow
Yellow must pass to Blue
Coaching Points:Players must look and communicate with players in order to pass to the proper color. if ball is not played to proper color; players are asked to do some type of fitness (push up, burpee, star jump...) all the players on the field are to be held accountable for errors made.
Progressions:Start with one ball so they get the idea then add more than one ball. depending on numbers you can have up to one ball for every blue player.
limit touches on ball, start with three and work your way to one depending on success of group.
when going one touch you may need to remove some balls off the field. try to keep a good ratio so that they are getting touches and involved but not overwhelmed with errors.
players are now forced to think and communicate before they recieve a ball in order for the group to be succesful.
