-Server crosses a ball in for one of the GK's to collect
-GK's rotatate after collecting 6-8 crosses

Two goal drill- Cutbacks and shot-stopping
Activity:
-1 GK in each goal
-GK passes to server 1 in the middle, who plays out wide to server 2
-That server then takes a touch to byline and can either play a cutback for GK 1 or Shoot to GK 2. Server can also play to server 1 in the middle.
-Rebounds are live

Reaction shot-stopping drill
Activity:
-Server 1 passes the ball to server 2
-GK's spin off the post and face a first time shot from server 2
-Server 2 can shoot into either goal

-GK then breaks lines to GK 2 who takes a touch and passes out to server 2

-Repeat both sides
