Instructions:
- First player dribbles ball to endline and performs a U-turn. On eye contact next player begins dribbling. As players meet in centre the player dribbling back performs an Inside Double Swivel.
Coaching Points:
- Keep ball close, touch on every step
- Head up whilst dribbling
- Quality of turn - emphaisze the fake
- Head up after turning, eye contcact
- Quality of Stop-start
- Change of speed out of Stop-start

- Practice both turns and move with both feet

Instructions:
A passes into B. B recognising pressure form D takes ball on front foot and drives infield. C recognises touch and moves toward A, performing a takeover as they cross and taking the ball to the endline. Upon reaching the endlineC performs a U-turn and drives back down the line. The defender D then comes back across to apply pressure from side. C performs a stop start and returns the ball to the beginning.
Coaching Points:
- Dribble with foot nearest to support player, furthest from defender - protect ball
- Communication (take! - support player makes the shout)
- Dribbling player leaves ball - NOT a pass
- First touch of support player - break the line and get in behind
- Quality of turn and stop start.
Progressions:
B can use C as a decoy and take the ball himself or make a reverse pass into C's run.

Instructions:
2v2 game to goal, if defenders win the ball they attack the small counter goal. If attackers score they get another ball (fed from the coach) and look to score again. If defenders kick ball out of play, both teams remain on and play a new ball (fed from coach). If attackers kick ball out or defenders score in counter goal, they become the defnders and a new team of attackers come into the game.
Coaching Points:
First attcker:
- Option one, can I penetrate? (shot, through pass, dribble)
- Option two, can I possess?
Second attacker:
- Can I create space for the first attacker with my movement?
- Can I be an option for a pass? (ahead of the ball, underneath the ball, overlap, takeover)
- Can I recognize the visual cues for each combination? (give and go, overlap, takeover, etc.)
Progressions:
- Play for 4 mins, most goals wins.
