Organization:
-Two lines of equal numbers.
-3 channels of 4 players each for 12 players (adjust numbers to due amount of players)
-10 x 15 Yard Area.
Instructions:
• A plays to B who opens up and plays to C.
• C drives at A and betas them with a Scissors
Coaching Points:
1) Quality of movement (timing)
2) Quality of first touch/passing
3) Quality of movement (timing and execution)

Organization:
-Two lines of equal numbers.
-10 x 15 Yard Area.
Instructions:
• Player A takes a touch to either side to begin the activity then plays to B.
• B opens up and finds C.
• On C's first touch A becomes a passive defender and applies pressure to C.
• C beats A by combining with B using a give and go
• Rotation: A to B, B to C, C to A.
Coaching Points:
1) Quality of check
2) Communication
3) Quality of pass
4) Drive at defender's front foot
5) Keep ball close, touch on every step
6) Play late as possible with outside foot
7) Direction and weight of return pass
8) Quick movement to receive the ball back again
Progression:
- Defender is live. Play 2v1 to endlines. Keep score and play a league table format.

Instructions:
• 2v1 in area with targets on the end lines
• if defending player wins the ball they play to their extra player or one of the target players to get out of the middle, when this happens one of the attacking players steps to the side to become defender

P-Normal rules when ball goes out of play
P-Same players in each grid (6), Players play 1v1 in each half, but can enter the other half in the attack, after losing possession they must return to their half

- Recap role of second attacker (support)
- Recap role of third attacker (unbalance)
- Can we create a diamond? (Width, Depth, Length)

- Speed of thought and movement in transition

Instructions:
1) One team on outside two teams in the middle, all players in the middle have a ball
2) Each player in the middle dribbles, they then pass to one of the outside players who passes back to them [3 progressions]
A) Progression 1-inside player passes to outside player and spins off to find a new angle, outside
player plays into space
B) Progression 2-Inside player passes to outside player and continues run, outside player passes
back with one touch (give and go)
C) Progression 3-Inside player passes to outside player, overlaps and recives back in thezone
