Instructions:
-Coach pass the ball to either center back in white to start the game.
-White try to score on big goal
-Blue try to win it to counter to end line through dribble or pass through ball
-Reset always start from the coach after play end

-Relieve pressure - By having teammates in good supporting positions and making correct decision as to when and where to pass
-Speed of play - Look to relieve immediate pressure by playing early and intelligent passes based on the shape of the opponent.
-Attack or Possess - Making the correct decision whether to attack immediately or slow it down and possess. Instead of forcing the ball when there isn't a clear outlet going forward look to play a safer more-successful pass to keep possession and look to play your way out of the opponent's pressure.

20x40 yard playing area
12 players (6 Blue Players, 6 White Players)
Instructions:
-4v4 in the possession group - in one half of the area - 20yd x 20yd
-2v2 in the opposite side (same dimensions)
-4 defenders attempt to win the ball and play into their two attacking players in the opposite side-2 players that are attacking can move to other area to provide support to their attackers
-When possesion is lost the 2 defending players recover to make it 4v4 again in the starting area
-5-10 passes 1 goal and play to 3 to win

-Timing and angle of how the players checks to receive the ball
-Open up body to the playing area and supporting players
-In the flow of play encourage quick speed of play from players; such as trying to keep the ball
