1st Touch & Shot (10 mins)
Organization:
- 1v1 on goal
Instructions:
- Attacking player takes one touch, then advances onto goal.
- Defending player tries to block shot.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Weight of 1st touch.
- Place/striking timing/technique

2v2 to goal (10 mins)
Organization:
- One directional game with 2 goals.
- Two teams.
Instructions:
- Ball always starts with keeper. Every player on team must touch the ball before able to score.
- Every time the ball goes out a player on the defending team must rotate in.

- Counter attack.
