Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): 3 Responsibilities Finishing Activity

3 responsibilities:

Player in line 1 has 3 responsibilities, the other lines cannot operate without the player from line 1.

Line 1 responsibility: Shot!

Dribble to cone, make a 1v1 skill move on cones and then take shot on goal.

Line 2 responsibility: Combine!

Once the shot is taken, the player from 1 must go combine with line 2, so that line 2 can take a quick shot. The player from line 1 takes a shot, and checks to line 2 calling for the ball and plays a wall pass back to line 2.

Line 3 Responsibility: 1v1 Defend!

After the player from line one combines with line 2, he rushes over to defend the player from line 3 in a 1v1 situation.

Players should rotate lines, 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 1.

Each line has balls in it so that the activity can continue at a high tempo.
