Activiation session:
- half the players stand outside the large circle, the other half stand inside the circle
- players pass the ball to the players on the outside and take their place, whilst the others step in and then look and do the same.
Progressions:
+ put passive pressure on the pass
+ play a conbination
+ add in a body feint

Recieve and play:
- players out into teams of 3
- 2 players on the outside and 1 player in the middle.
- player in the midle moves outside the inner square, recieves on the back foot, drive through the middle and out the other side to play to the other person.
- Players on the outside keep moving about to confuse the player in the middle and to make them scan for their player
+turn into a possession based game.
+add in gates to challange their recieving position
+ play a play and a set, player who plays to the outside steps out and the player in the middle steps in

4 pitches - 8 teams
- pitches have different ways to score on each pitch
- games will be 8 minuites long
- if you win move up, lose move down
- have to be past half way to score in every game.
- 3 seconds to get the ball back into play
+ each player has to man mark someone, if they score, punishment for that player

cool down
- start off at a high pace running to the cone and back
- slowly bring down the pace untill its a walk
- then get into a circle and stretch off.
Warm up (10 mins)

- players perform different exercises to the cones and back
