Organisation
- Two teams of 8 players, split in two (defenders and attackers)
- Create a cercle for the team defending the goal on the 50y line (here the shaded yellow zone)
Objectives
- Active, multiple leads
- Stretch the pitch by always having a player in deep zone (baseline) and wide (sideline)
- Work together as attacking team (passing - no dribble)
- Close marking & tackling by defenders on attackers receiving the ball
- Results inside the circle (shot, goal, PC, PS)
Activity
Defenders have to get the ball to their Attacking team in the other half (orange defenders play with orange attackers). Defenders defend, attackers attack!
