Technical/Spatial Warmup
Split group in 2, everyone w/ a ball.
Dribbling (laces, outside, etc..)
When coach yells "switch", both teams switch boxes with their ball.
Progression- players now perform a skill (drop shoulder, scissor, etc..) to get in to the other box.
CPs:
-head up to find space, small touches on ball
-every step a touch
-accelerate in to space after performing skill.
