Penetrating passing exercise. There will be 2 of the same practices going at the same time. We will also do this both ways.
Balls start with no 1. He plays into 2 who recieves on the half turn, He then plays into 3 who lays the ball off for player 4 who then runs and play a good weighted ball through the mannequin for 5 to run onto and score first time in the mini goal.

Possession practice (forward runners) The session will be replicated twice
3 min games. Players will be in teams of 4. 5 passes will get you a goal or you can score 1 touch in the mini goal. Yellows are bounce players for the team in possession. Yellows are on 1 touch.
Key points - looking for quick interplay, looking for forward runners and 3rd man runs.
