Organization:
1 ball per area, 2 players per area
Instructions:
Players make 5 passes and then look to pressure the ball and jockey the player to the end line. Once they are on the end line they turn back to the start and the process continues.
Coaching Points:
1. Get their quickly as the ball travels
2. Judge distance and speed of ball
3. Is the attackers head up or down?
4. Movments to try and win the ball
Progressions:
Game is now live on 5th pass
Add a neutral player to have 1 vs 1 + 1 (neutral player gives you opportunites to coach ball movement to press but also discuss starting positions)
