Description - Position Specific Rondos. The FWD players could be MF players or one of each but the idea is to have players simulating their positions on the pitch. If the CB plays to the wide player and receives the ball back his next pass cannot go to the same wide player.
Technical - pace and accuracy of the pass. Angle & distance of supporting players. Try to "split" the reds.
Tactical - Position specific passing lanes.
Physical - closing down in the middle is difficult part so control how long players stay in for.
Psychological/Social - position specific understanding, using the "rondo" format.
Learning Objectives - recognition of passing lanes, cues & triggers for forward passes.
