7v5 to Counter Attack (20 minutes)
Set Up
- 6+ Goalkeeper vs. 5 on a field 25 x 50 yards.
Instructions
- red team attacks the goal. Blue team plays to the small goals at midfield. Red Team must transition to goal within 4 touches, and Blue Team must play two touch to small goals.
Progressions
- adjust touch limits to suit skill level
Coaching Points:
- constant transition and awareness. Defenders become attackers and attackers becoming defenders.

- fast paced 3 v 3 game utilizing 2 neutrals on the outside of the playing field

- after winning the ball, must play to an outside player before scoring
