Set Up: 12x12 or 15x15
Description: Rondo 5v2 or 4v1 possession to start.; when defender wins the ball they switch with attacker that loses it. Encourage the players to keep the ball or dribble to make defenders comit then look to pass or combine with teammates. Vary the size of the grid or number to make sure the team in possession of the ball is having some success.

10x10 grid pass and follow pass to the right, work on opening hips and body to trap and pass with the right foot, Then do it opposite way and trap and pass with left foot. focus on proper body angle opening body and accurate passes, then movement after pass. Also can pass one way and move the opposite way.
