- 30m x 20m Area

- 6 stations (numbered)set up in the 2 corners as well as 2 positioned in the middle of the grid.

- 1 x Player queued on station (11 players)

- Players at station 1 each have a ball - Player 1 begins the circuit with a pass to 2 and follows this pass and this continues around the circuit following passes.

- At station 5 the player plays a 1-2 with the Coach 1 before dribbling the ball down to station 6.

- Player 11 waits until the ball is at station 6 and then starts off around the circuit.

Player 10 and each subsequent player on that station plays a 1-2 with the Coach 2 before shooting first time into the goal. Player then runs to station 1 gets a ball and starts the circuit again.

Technical - Passing - unopposed - concentrating on mechanics of passing.
