Main Part: Ball Control/Heading (15 minutes)
Organization:
- 15x15 yard grid/box
- 5-6 players on the outside with the balls and the other players inside the 5 yard grid
- Players inside the small square break out and recieves a ball from any player on the outside
- Players working for 45 seconds then switch/change the players in the middle
Instructions:
1.1 touch pass back
2. Player on outside tossses it up for oncoming player receiving - Inside of Foot Volleys
3. Player on outside tosses it up for oncoming player recieving - Laces
4. Players on outside tosses it up for oncoming player recieving - Chest control/Volley
5. Headers
Coaching Points:
- Eye contact
- Communication
- First touch
- On your toes (active feet)
- Slow down/relax as you recieve the ball
- Make sure players move close to player on outside when recieving

Small Sided Game: (20 minutes)
Organization:
- 4v4/5v5/6v6
- Goalkeeper plays for team in possession
- One team attacks the big goal and the other team attacks the counter goals
- Make sure you play 7-8 minutes and then rotate the teams aorund so each team gets the opportunity to attack/score on the big goal.

- Communication
- Speed/accuracy of passing

Warm-up: Dribbling/Ball Control (10 minutes)
Organization:
- 10-12 players
- Use half of quarter
- 1 player/1 ball
Instructions:
1. Creative Dribbling
- Players working individually by dribbling freely and practicing 1v1 moves, ball mastery skills etc..
2. Aerial Reception
a. Players are dribbling freely. Players toss ball up, players let the ball hit top of foot and ball should be in front of the player. The player continues to dribble and then repeats action.
b.Players toss ball up and they use chest control, as ball hits ground players continue to dribble and repeat action.
c. Players toss ball up - as ball hits ground players sweep the ball away using inside of their foot. Players dribble and then repeat action.
d. Players toss ball up - as ball his ground, player sweeps the ball away using outside of foot. players continue to dribble and repeat action.
