7v7 with target strikers in zones

3-3-1 vs. 3-3-1 2/3/5/10/9/7/11

Instructions:

(zone 14 must stay in their areas)

Team gets a point if they can get the ball to the 9, 2 points if they can find the 9 and the nine is able to find a teammate with one touch. 4 points if the team can combine with the 9, and then score in blue within 2 passes. Can be 9-set-runner or 9-straight to blue

Organization:

20x30 (converts to 40x60 for next game) (Full Field lines laid out for WHOLE)

Instructions:

Double Pass 3 line game with breakaway finish

Initial Fix

I. Double Movement away or inside (Priority 1, we want this to be habitual)

A. physical movement and or

B. body movement (example hip twist)

II. Physical: Make contact with the defender to commit him and to know where he is (Priority 2, this is part fixing the defender, and part thinking out the game and solving problems)

I. Central looking to go into central pocket: Wanting to fix defender by pulling him into center leaving a hole between backs (to get 7,11 to go 1 and 1 (underneath and behind))
