Warm up/stretch
We will go through the 4 drills by separating into 4 groups (2 JV and 2 Varsity) approximately 7-10 minutes a station
Goalkeepers will be separate
We will go through the last 2 things as either an offensive or defensive groups for 15 minutes
After we will small sided scrimmage

Both players face the sideline
Player from behind plays a ball just hard enough to out out of the sideline
Player in front shields/walks the ball out while the person behind tries to get the ball
Whole group going at once. best 2 out of 3 and then switch places with partner. if time permits, switch partners

Working good throw in technique with a partner.

Each person will have 3 throws at a time
1. Ball thrown to feel
2. Ball thrown about waist high
3. Ball thrown high
Receiving option are with feet, thigh and chest (can even mix in a header)

Rondo ball possession
At all times, people on the outside have to adjust with the ball, you have to play soccer and not watch soccer. Green can come inside the rondo, but white cannot attack outside the boundary
If inside team wins the ball, they can counter QUICKLY to the small goals.

Defender holds a pennie
Attacker plays a ball to attacker on pitch
Play a 1 touch pass back and then create space
Play a normal rules soccer (dont be offside)
Rotation. offense that starts on the field becomes defender, defender goes to back the line, offense that played the original pass becomes offense with back to goal.
