Players start in respective end zones (with no players in highlighted central zone). 4 Blue players aims to possess the ball and pass into Blue forward (1 pt). Once ball is played into central zone, all zone restrictions are removed.

Activity starts with Red passing to Blue. Red runs around cone and then defends.
One Blue attacker and Red defender starts in middle of aquare. Blue players can only score in highlighted zone.

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
Black team starts with ball and look to break first line with a pass to forwards or with a pass to #8/10 who get in behind the red 6,8 & 10. Once line is broken it's live, and #2/3 from red are released and looking to get immediate cover.
- Once play is over, Coach or player look to play a long ball into a mix and defenders have to work to clear it. Defending team has to be above the restraining line. Total of two aerial balls to play with.
- Black team attack large goal / Red team attack mini goals.
- We play live from there.
