Organization:
1. 15 x 10 yard area set up as shown
2. 3 players (2 Attackers, 1 Defender) set up as shown
3. 1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1. In each box play a 2v1 game to goal
2. Looking use a passing technique effective to break down defender for a shot on goal
3. Play for a time lim it and rotate all player
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to observe your target
2. Foot next to the ball, toe pointed towards target
3. Contact on ball will vary pending on type of pass player wish to play
4. Disguise your pass
5. Weight and accuracy on the ball
Progressions:
1. P – Join two boxes together and play a 3 vs. 3 game going to goal
2. P – Join all boxes together and play 7 vs. 7 game with two goals

Organization:
1. 20 x 20 yard area set up as shown
2. 4 players (1 Attacker, 1 Defender, 2 Neutrals) set up as shown
3. 1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1. Attacker starts with the ball by dribbling into the field from behind their goal
2. Neutral players are only permitted to receive the ball on the outside
3. Attackers have the option of using either outside player
4. Neutral players are not permitted to enter the field or score
5. Attacker must attempts to score in the goal
6. The attacker has the option of using the neutral players to combine
7. If the ball leaves the area the game restarts with the oppositions attacker from behind the goal
8. If defending team wins the ball they attack the opposite goal
9. Rotate players after set time intervals
Coaching Points:
1. Engage the defender high up the field to create space behind
2. Combine with neutral players using w all pass
3. Use neutral players as a decoy at times - fake and dribble
Progressions:
1. Allow neutral players to move anyw here inside the area

Organization:
1. 50 x 30 yard area set up as shown
2. 12 players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders, 4 Feeders – 2 on each side)
3. 1 ball (Additional around the outside)
Instructions:
1. Teams score points by combining with either of their team’s target players into one of the two pugg goals
2. Ball must go directly to the target player otherwise the ball is out of play
3. Target players are allowed two touches only
4. Target players are not allowed to cross into the field of play nor are defenders allowed to tackle target players
5. Once a goal has been scored play restarts with the conceding team at their goal line
6. Ball is kicked in for a restart

Progressions:
1. P – Target players are only allowed one touch
2. P – Two touches for every player
3. R – Take away restrictions for target players
4. R – Pile of balls by each target so that if the ball doesn’t reach them they can start from where they are

Instructions:
1. Every Attacker dribbles a ball around the area
2. Feeders move around the area without a ball
3. Attacker passes to a feeder that is open
4. The feeder then passes ball back to attacker they received the ball from
5. Attacker then looks for another feeder to pass to
6. In turn feeders should look for another attacker to receive from
