Organization:
- quarter field, set up as per diagram
- 10-12 players, depending on numbers, split field in 3 or 4, play 1 v1 in end zones or 2 v 2 in middle
- cones, balls, pinnies
Play game 8 v 4, with 2 v 1 in each zone. Attacking team, can score point by stopping the ball in the corners of field, but can't score 2 consecutive points in same color corner. Point will count only if min 1 player from each zone touches the ball ( Ball travel through each zone at least once). Defenders, once they win the ball can score in any net, by passing ball through net ( gate). Switch defenders every 4-5 minutes.
Coaching points:
- have a plan ( what's next ?)
- play quick, head up, quick decisions
- support ( long / short), show for ball
- communication (demand for ball, "man on", "turn", " open up", "switch" )
- SCORE A POINT !!

SSG
- Have Red cones under the gates, for easy switch.
Play a 8 v 4 game ( Yellow + Blue vs. Red). Only Blue player can score in Blue gate, Yellow score in Yellow gate, Red can score in either gate, if they win the ball. Attackers can move everywhere on field, but must be 2+2 in each half at all times. 1 Defender can help in other half if needed to create a 4 v 3.
Switch defending team every 5 minutes.
Coaching points:
-same as before with focus on playing quick, less touches, combination plays

Split the field in half by Blue line, each half is split again in 2 by Red line ( cones).
Play 2 games 4 v 2 in each half.
Rules: max 3 touches. Ball cannot be played twice in same zone ( Every second pass, ball must cross the red line) . Start with Defenders restricted in own zone, then move to free play for def. Team in possesion should always have 2 players in each zone.
Every 5 minutes, switch defenders with attackers from other other half
Coaching points:
- body position, good first touch
- play quick with min of touches, plan ahead for next move
- movement off the ball, support ( long / short)
- communication ( verbal, non verbal)
