Set Up
Penalty area with a goal. Small area (15x15) approx 40 yards from goal.
Rules and Conditions
Players split into two teams. Each player on each team is numbered (so there are 2 no. 1's and 2 no. 2's). On coach's call, the number called breaks out of box and competes with opposition to score. 1 point for the team if you score. If both players score, whoever scored first gets 2 points.

Set Up
Goal Area. Balls and server on each side of the goal with another server next to goal. Cone son each of goal, 10 yards apart centered on the goal.
Rules and Conditions
Players attack three balls to try and score the perfect hattrick (right foot, left foot, header).

Rules and Conditions
3 teams. 1 team serves and the other 2 teams compete. Serving players are numbered. When their number is called they have to serve the ball into the area. They can serve in however they want (high, low with pace, to goal, away from goal, small pass etc.). First team to score three wins. Winners get to stay on.
