- Player starts on white cone, and goes on whistle
- Player has to go around the cones
- Stopwatch starts on whistle, and finishes as players breaks past white finish cone.

Figure 8 Dribbling
Area: 3 Cones, 5yds apart from eachother
Duration: 45secs
Players complete 3 teams: Strong Foot, Weaker Foot, Both Feet
Process and Goal:
- Players start at Point marked 1
- Players are to dribble around the cones in a figure 8 shape as many times as possible within the 45secs.
- Everytime a player passes a cone, they get a point
- A full figure 8 counts as 4 points (From P1 back to P1)
- 1pt is taken away for every cone that is touched

U7's Shoot behind white line - 15 Yards | Shoot Before 10 Yards.
U8/U9's Shoot behind red line - 20 Yards | Shoot Before 15 Yards.
U10/U11's Shoot behind green line - 25 Yards | Shoot Before 20

1st Attempt:
Ball has to be travelling before finish. Player would have to take touch in front of them, followed by the finish. This is to ensure a more realistic strike.
2nd Attempt:
Ball is stationary and players shoot replicating a dead ball situation.
- The ball's first bounce has to be behind goal line before entering
the net.
- Mannequin in the middle
- Flag's represent bibs hanging from the cross bar, they will be known as 'Top Bins'.
Point System
1 Point for hitting the target
2 Points for hitting top and bottom corners
0 Points for missing the target and ball not bouncing behind the goal line.

- Players have 1 minute to do as many consecutive keepy ups as possible using their laces and instep
- Players are to use their strong foot for 1 round, weak foot for another round and both feet for their final round
U7(& U8's struggling) :
Round 1 - no bounces
Round 2 - with a bounce in-between

Organisation:
U7/8 - 6x6 yard square, with 8yd distance to goals
U9/10 - 5x5 yard square, with 10yd distance to goals
U11/12 - 4x4 yd square, with 12yd distance to goals
(Coach will call colour in which a server will then have to pass the ball into the central player, these are in the same order for all players)
- Either using mini goals or traffic coned gates
Process:
- No Servers, Players start with a dead ball and bounce it off the ball to then receive, turn and pass through the gate/goal called
Point System (Points only awarded if the ball goes in the goal):
- Players get 1pt for every goal they score
- Players work for 1 minute and try to score as many points as possible
