A. Working GK on two knees. Serves volleys to hands of GK x 25.

Collapse diving warmup
A. Working GK lies on one side.
B. Server plays ball from floor to hands on GK.
C. GK uses obliques to rock upwards and return ball to hands of server x 10 each side.

Dive warmup
A. GK starts laying on one side . Server rolls ball to hands of GK x . GK immediately gets to feet for a 3rd diving save...this time served mid-height. 5 reps each side x 1 set.

We performed this exersize with all 9 GKs, as it was the first time we did this. We should have multiple groups to get more reps.
A. GK starts on side as previous exersize.
B. S1 plays ball on floor for GK to pin ball x 2.
C. After 2nd save, GK returns ball then gets to feet quickly for collapse dive on mid-height ball.
D. GK then must quickly get in position to defend magic box front gate. I am looking for weight forward, chest out and big.

Working on closing down space quickly
1. GK starts in center of goal
2. On signal, GK sprints off line to proper angle/position.
The GK must sprint hard to get set up in position, to replicate when quick positioning is needed.

Starts as previous exercise:
1. GK sprints off line to get set up. S1 strikes on target.
2. S2 plays a ball on floor to small gate. GK must dive to prevent ball from crossing gate.
3. GK must quickly retreat into position; S3 volleys at big goal.
