4 Square (15 mins)

How to play: Players will sprint into the middle and dribble the balls back into their square. Before they can bring a ball back, they must perform 5 toe taps or 5 jumpingjacks. Only one player can be out of the square at a time. The team that gathers the most balls, wins!

Regression: Allow players to carry the ball

Progression: Once all the balls are out of the middle they can go to other squares to steal balls.

Pot of Gold (15 mins)

Set Up: Set up a 5x5 square in the middle. Place a net (Pot of Gold) on either endzone and two lines on either sideline. Divide the players into two teams. Each team gets a pile of balls (Gold)

How to Play: One at a time, a player from each team will dribble their ball into the middle square, cut, and go to score on the goal. The player then runs to the back of their line and waits to go again. They get one chance to score. If they miss, they go back to the line and wait to try again. The team that scores the most goals and gets the fullest pile of gold, wins! (can use a certain number of balls per side or a time limit).

Regression: Allow players to carry the balls

Progression: Make the players try different dribbling techniques, perform a move in the box, and/or shoot with a particular foot.
