Split teams so that the defending team is out numbered. Attacking team is looking to be creative and dynamic. Using their numbers against the defending team they are trying to create an overload and isolate a defender. Defending team is remaining calm, focused and trying to not create a gap to play through. Attacks should be coordinated, precise, and with speed.
Coaches can set up goals for the defending team to try to score in if they win the ball.

5-10-15 drill: sprint to middle, back to start, then sprint to end and back to start.
Shadow the runner: Partner up, face each other with cones between you. Shuffle back and forth trying to lose your mark, when you have gained a step, turn and sprint.
Strength training: Plyos, speed skater with single leg bound. knee drives.
