Organisation:
Set up area as in diagram
A player and a ball at a time.
Instructions:
The player starts in the start / finish gate and on the coaches whistle dribbles upto and throught the slalom ensuring he dribbles around and every cone and through every gate.
When the player gets to the end of the slalom he dribbes upto and around the top cone before running with the ball as quickly as pocssible through the start/finish gate.
This is a timed exercise and points are scored as :-
upto 18 seconds = 10 points
18 - 20 seconds = 8 points
20 - 22 seconds = 6 points
22 - 24 seconds = 4 points
24+ seconds = 2 points

Organisation :
No area required just a player and a ball
Instructions:
The player has 30 seconds to complete as many consecutive kick ups as possible.If the ball hits the floor the score is reset to zero
The largest sequence of kick ups in the 30 seconds counts as their top score.
Players can start with the ball in their hands
Points are awarded as follows:-
1 - 3 = 2 points
4 - 6 = 4 points
5 - 7 = 6 points
8 - 10 = 8 points
11 + = 10 points

Instructions:
The player has 30 seconds to perform asd many toe taps as possible
Points are awarded as follows:-
10 - 19 toe taps = 2 points
20 - 29 toe taps = 4 points
30 - 39 toe taps = 6 points
40 - 49 toe taps = 8 points
50 + toe taps = 10 points

Organisation:

Balls ontop of cones that are spread over 10 yads at 2 yard intervals
Instructions:
The player stands inside the gate and has 5 attempts to knock down as many balls as possible
2 Points are awarded for each time the knocks a ball down.

Pyramid Slalom
Organisation:
Slalom set up as in diagram,
1 player and a bal at a time
Instructions:
As in the digram the player starts at the foot of the slalom and dribbles around each cone in sequence. Once the player is around the top cone he then has to run with the ball as quickly as possible through the start / finish gates
This is a timed exercise and points are scored as :-
20 - 25 seconds = 10 points
25 - 30 seconds = 8 points
30 - 35 seconds = 6 points
35 - 40 seconds = 4 points
40+ seconds = 2 points
