Organization:
Multiple rings laid out (distance based on players) with room to jump from one to the next.
One cone ahead of the final ring in each line.
Instructions:
Players must jump on one foot into each ring in their line alternating feet as they go.
At the end players must sprint through the cone and jog back to line.
Players should jumo into the first ring on one foot as well.

One cone placed ahead of the set (distance varies depending on desired focus).
Final cone placed about 5 yards off to the side of the starting position.
Instructions:
Players perform various footwork exercises through the cone set, jog to the top cone and sprint back through to the bottom cone.

Organization:
Two lines, each behind a set of cones.
First two cones (red) placed further apart. One top cone placed at a shorter distance above the first two and slightly off to the outside. Another cone placed at a similar short distance to the top one but leading back to the starting point. One final cone placed off to the side about 5 yards and even with the starting line.
Instructions:
Players perform some type of explosive movement between the first two cones (as a stretch).
They then lightly jog to the top cone and turn around the outside picking up speed as they go. Upon reaching the second top cone players should break into a full sprint through to the bottom cone.

Organization:
Right side line is attacking first, left side defending.
Red zone is about 5 yards long.
Distance from the red zone to each yellow cone must be equal but may be as long as desired.
Instructions:
Both players jog out simultaniously from the yellow to red cone, upon entering the red zone the attacking player has three to five seconds to exit the zone. When they do it becomes a race to the nearest yellow cone.
While inside the red zone the attacking player may change direction as many times as they like, however once they leave the zone they must race towards the nearest yellow cone.
The defending player must react to the attackers movements and attempt to win the race initiated by the attacker.

Organization:
Distance varies by desired outcome.
Two or three lines.
Instructions:
Player in each line starts feet on the line (next to cone).
They fall forward and catch themselves at the last moment by starting a sprint that goes through the top cone.
Jog back after.

Players start in a squat position with feet on the line (next to cone).
On "go" players must sprint through to the top cone taking their first step forward.
Jog back.
