Instructions: Player with the ball starts to one side of the cone. Dribble through the space between the cones then turn around and back through. Have players dribble for thirty seconds at a time then rest.
Variations: use different surfaces of the foot to turn with. turn in different patterns.
Testing: Six reps as fast as you can. How many reps can you do in thirty seconds. One rep is one complete rotation.
