7 yrds to first cone or up to coach

10 yrds 2nd cone to top cone

PLAYER NUMBERS

8 players on each station or up to team numbers

RULES/CONDITIONS

1- pass to first cone & player recieves and passes to next conestraight across the diamond,

he recieves and then passess to the top cone and he recives and dribbles to the start

Rotate and change direction on coach whistle

players movement- follow your pass

2- pass & folow to 1st cone,lay off to 1st player who passes to top cone and opposite side goes &

does a 1-2 at the top and stays

players movement- start to 2nd to across then to top

2- up to top middle player goes and does 1-2 at top and top player dribble back

3- passing with around the corners( pass,around corner to the top,around the corner to next middle and he takes ball back to start)follow your pass
